Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Accerstus website at accerstus.com, including browsing, forms, careers applications, solution briefs, and the free homepage audit. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Accerstus Digital Co. is based in Harare, Zimbabwe. These terms are for the public website. They are not a statement of legal advice.

What the site is for

The website describes our services, markets and ways of working. Case studies, scores and industry figures on the site are illustrative unless we say they are verified client results. Marketing copy can change.

The free homepage audit is a website feature. It inspects publicly reachable pages you submit. Scores are automated checks, not a legal, financial, SEO ranking or advertising guarantee. They can be incomplete if a site blocks crawlers, is slow, or is not public.

Submitting a brief, RFP or contact form is a request to talk. It is not a contract for work until we agree terms in writing.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the free audit or any form to scan sites you do not own or control, to probe private networks, or to overload a target.
• Submit false identity details, malware, or content you do not have the right to send.
• Attempt to break, scrape at scale, or interfere with the website.
• Use the site in a way that is unlawful in Zimbabwe.

We may refuse, rate-limit or block use that we reasonably believe is abusive.

Intellectual property

The Accerstus name, mark, site design and written content are ours or used with permission. You may not copy the site for a competing service. You keep rights in material you submit (briefs, applications); you grant us a licence to use that material to respond to you.

Liability

The website is provided as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that every page is error-free. To the extent the law of Zimbabwe allows, Accerstus is not liable for loss that arises from relying on marketing copy or an automated audit score, or from being unable to use the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. The courts of Zimbabwe have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer rule in your country says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the new version.
