Branding

A brand here has to survive a faded shop sign, a 32-pixel favicon and a WhatsApp display name. We design identity systems that stay legible in those places: naming where it is still open, visual language, and rules a busy team can apply without a 200-page PDF nobody opens.

Phone
Industry UX pattern: the first meeting with a brand is often a tiny avatar or a Google result. Identity that only works on a billboard is unfinished.
Trust
Industry research on emerging markets often links clear, consistent marks with perceived legitimacy. That is a design hypothesis we take seriously, not a fabricated lift.
Bilingual
Industry reality: English plus a local language on packaging and signage is normal. The system must hold both, not treat the second language as an afterthought.
Print
Shop vinyl, vehicle wrap and till receipts still exist. Digital-only brand books fail the street.

We design marks people can recognise at a glance, on a phone.

FRAMEWORK APPROACH

Branding is a decision system: who it is for, what it must never look like, and how it behaves in product, sales and hiring. Decoration without those decisions is a logo on a slide.

Interrogate the market position.

Category, price, geography, language. We will not 'disrupt' a claim the business cannot operationally keep.

Design the smallest useful system.

Mark, type, colour, tone, and a handful of layout rules. Motion and photography direction if the channels need them.

Apply it where customers look.

Site header, ads, packaging, invoice, WhatsApp, Google Business. A launch that only updates Instagram is not a launch.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Legible over clever

Script logos that vanish at 16 pixels fail Google and WhatsApp. We test the mark where it will live.

Two logo variants, used correctly

Light backgrounds need a dark wordmark; dark heroes need a light one. We have already seen what happens when that rule is ignored.

No borrowed prestige

We do not imply offices, awards or clients you do not have. The brand story is the business you can prove.

Handover is the product

Figma libraries, file naming, and a one-page do/don't. If only the designer can produce a story, the system failed.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. A logo is one artefact. Branding here means the verbal and visual system and the applications that make it usable in market.
Yes, with a migration plan for signage, packaging and digital so stock and legal entities do not break. Instant overnight swaps look tidy in a deck and messy in a warehouse.
When naming is in the brief, we run linguistic and basic availability checks in the target countries. We are not a law firm; trademark filing is a specialist you should retain.
That is a design constraint we take at the start: colour meanings, language, and whether one English lockup is enough. Multi-market is a requirement, not a surprise at sign-off.
