Accerstus Digital Co. (“Accerstus”, “we”, “us”) is a performance marketing agency based in Harare, Zimbabwe. This policy explains how we collect, use and look after personal information when you use the public website at accerstus.com, including location pages, solution pages, the contact form, request-for-proposal and solution briefs, newsletter signup, careers applications, and the free website audit on the homepage.

What we collect
Information you send us
- Contact form: name, email, optional phone and website, and your message.
- Briefs and proposals: company, market, services, objectives, budget range, timeline, and any extra answers on a solution brief.
- Newsletter: email address.
- Careers: name, email, optional phone, cover letter, and a resume you upload.
- Homepage audit: the public URL you ask us to score, and the channels you select.
Information collected automatically
- Standard web logs such as page requested, approximate time, and browser type, used to run and secure the site.
- A first-party cookie so we can enforce a fair allowance on the free homepage audit. We do not store a raw IP address for that purpose; a salted hash may be used as a secondary signal if the cookie is cleared. See the Cookie Policy.
We do not run third-party advertising pixels on this website.
Why we use it
- To answer an enquiry, brief or application and to contact you about the work you asked for.
- To run the free homepage audit you requested and show you the result.
- To send the newsletter if you asked for it, until you unsubscribe.
- To keep the site available, to prevent abuse of forms and the free audit, and to meet legal duties in Zimbabwe.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use the content of an audit to train a public model.
How long we keep it
Enquiries, briefs and applications are kept for as long as we need them to handle the request and our ordinary business records, then deleted or archived. Newsletter addresses stay until you unsubscribe. Audit records tied to an anonymous visit follow the allowance period on the site.
Sharing
We share information with people inside Accerstus who need it to reply to you. Hosting and email providers who process data for us do so only to run the website. We may disclose information if the law in Zimbabwe requires it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under Zimbabwe’s data protection law and, where it applies, POPIA in South Africa — you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to marketing. Children
This website is aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
