Digital marketing in East Africa.
Accerstus serves East Africa from Southern Africa. We currently publish market pages for Kenya and Rwanda. That is a service footprint, not a claim of Nairobi or Kigali offices.
What is East Africa?
East Africa, in trade terms, is largely the East African Community: Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The Indian Ocean coast, the Great Lakes and a set of distinct currencies sit inside that one label.
Accerstus currently publishes pages for Kenya and Rwanda. Kenya uses the shilling, English and Kiswahili, and M-Pesa as the default digital payment rail. Rwanda uses the franc, with Kinyarwanda as the language of daily life and English and French in official and business use. Those two markets are not interchangeable, and they are not the same as Zimbabwe or South Africa.
How we work in the region
We serve Kenya and Rwanda remotely. There is no Accerstus office in Nairobi or Kigali. Campaigns are scoped around Kiswahili and Kinyarwanda search, M-Pesa and MoMo checkout, and mobile-first pages. If you need Uganda, Tanzania or another EAC market, say so in the brief — we will not invent a page or an office that does not exist.
East African markets we serve
Kenya and Rwanda are the East African markets we currently plan for. Each page covers language, currency and how people buy.
