This policy explains cookies and similar storage on the Accerstus website at accerstus.com. It does not describe products that are not this public website.

A cookie is a small file stored by your browser. Similar tools include local storage used by a page in your browser.

Cookies we use

Necessary — free homepage audit

If you run the free audit on the homepage, we set a first-party cookie so we can recognise that browser for the audit allowance. That stops the same visitor from consuming unlimited free runs. Clearing the cookie does not always reset the allowance: a salted hash of network and browser signals may be used as a backup. We do not use that signal for advertising.

Necessary — forms

Some forms keep a draft in your browser (for example an RFP you have started) so you do not lose what you typed if you refresh. That stays on your device unless you clear site data.

We do not use

• Third-party advertising cookies.
• Social plugins that track you across other sites.
• Analytics cookies from advertising networks.

Embedded maps (Google Maps on contact and some location pages) and an embedded video on the homepage are provided by those services. They may set their own cookies when you load those embeds. Their policies apply to that content.

How to refuse or delete cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block all cookies, the free audit allowance and some form drafts may not work as intended. The rest of the brochure site should still load.
